The Nike Downshifter 14 is designed for comfortable and responsive road running, making it a practical choice for daily training, walking and everyday active use. Compared with the previous version, Nike has increased the cushioning in the midsole to provide a softer and more responsive feel with every step.

The shoe features an engineered open-hole mesh upper that allows air to circulate through the shoe, helping keep your feet feeling cool and comfortable during activity. An internal-fit band around the midfoot provides a secure, locked-in feel while helping keep your foot comfortably in place.

With responsive cushioning, a 10mm heel-to-toe drop and a versatile black-based colourway, the Downshifter 14 combines everyday comfort, breathability and a clean sporty look.
